These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XP Circles, including the mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use XP Circles.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use XP Circles. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

XP Circles offers subscription tiers that deliver access to pod discovery features, community events, and premium content. Prices, plan names, and benefits may change from time to time. We will provide notice in the app and/or via email before changes take effect, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

XP Circles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan, price, promotional offer, or billing cycle at any time. Taxes or fees imposed by payment processors or the App Store may apply. If you purchase through Apple’s App Store, billing is handled by Apple and their terms also apply.

3. Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current term ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings or App Store account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Posting unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing content.
• Attempting to access accounts or data you do not own.
• Using the Service for commercial solicitation without permission.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with security features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

XP Circles owns or licenses all intellectual property in the Service. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. By submitting content, you grant XP Circles a nonexclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or that suggested venues/events will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XP Circles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
